Job description

Role Overview

avua is hiring a Recruitment Consultant for an on-site role in India. The position focuses on end-to-end hiring, client management, and business development within a target-driven recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, screen, and interview applicants for open roles.
  • Develop trusted working relationships with both hiring managers and job seekers.
  • Run the recruitment process from the initial job discussion through to offer acceptance.
  • Help expand the client base by pursuing fresh business opportunities.
  • Create and publish job advertisements on suitable channels.
  • Carry out market research and identify potential talent pipelines.
  • Handle salary discussions, contract negotiations, and business terms.
  • Keep candidate and client information up to date in CRM tools.
  • Work toward recruitment goals, KPIs, and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • At least 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong relationship-building skills.
  • A commercially minded approach with solid negotiation capability.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where targets matter.
  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM/ATS platforms.
