About the Role

eir business talent is expanding and seeks a skilled 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This position suits a recruiter who thrives on both acquiring new business and providing outstanding talent solutions. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle, establishing long-term client partnerships, and handling a blend of contract and permanent IT recruitment assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business through proactive engagement with clients.
Manage and grow your personal client portfolio.
Create job vacancies in both IT contract and permanent positions.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment workflow from initial client intake to final placement.
Source, engage, and evaluate highly qualified technology professionals.
Negotiate job offers, contracts, and commercial agreements effectively.
Build and maintain talent pipelines within critical technology skill areas.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs.
Keep detailed and accurate records in CRM and ATS systems.

Candidate Requirements

At least 3 years recruitment experience within the Irish market.
Demonstrated success working as a 360-degree recruiter.
Proven background recruiting in IT, technology, or digital sectors.
Strong skills in business development and client acquisition.
Experience placing both permanent and contract roles is highly valued.
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
Self-driven with a proactive mindset for generating opportunities.
Capable of managing multiple client and candidate relationships simultaneously.
