About the Role
eir business talent is expanding and seeks a skilled 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This position suits a recruiter who thrives on both acquiring new business and providing outstanding talent solutions. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle, establishing long-term client partnerships, and handling a blend of contract and permanent IT recruitment assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business through proactive engagement with clients.
- Manage and grow your personal client portfolio.
- Create job vacancies in both IT contract and permanent positions.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment workflow from initial client intake to final placement.
- Source, engage, and evaluate highly qualified technology professionals.
- Negotiate job offers, contracts, and commercial agreements effectively.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines within critical technology skill areas.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs.
- Keep detailed and accurate records in CRM and ATS systems.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years recruitment experience within the Irish market.
- Demonstrated success working as a 360-degree recruiter.
- Proven background recruiting in IT, technology, or digital sectors.
- Strong skills in business development and client acquisition.
- Experience placing both permanent and contract roles is highly valued.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset for generating opportunities.
- Capable of managing multiple client and candidate relationships simultaneously.
