About the Role and Team

The Real Estate Internal Communications (REIC) team acts as the ambassador for the Real Estate department's brand and image. Their main goal is to promote the department's brand and projects, manage public perceptions, and foster strong collaboration within the team. The team is dedicated to enhancing the positive reputation and influence of the Real Estate division while encouraging a harmonious and cooperative work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute employee communication strategies tailored for the assigned region, aligning them with company-wide and departmental communication objectives.
• Organize and manage cultural events within the department, covering planning, marketing, onsite coordination, and post-event communications.
• Oversee communication channels related to departmental culture, including content creation such as interactive H5 materials, copywriting, and video production.
• Assist in building and promoting the service brand to boost employee engagement and awareness through thematic content, events, and activities.

Required Qualifications

• Academic qualification in Journalism, Communications, Directing, or similar disciplines.
• Strong awareness of brand identity and adeptness in interpreting and managing public sentiment.
• Highly action-driven, positive outlook, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-moving work atmosphere.
• Creativity paired with exceptional writing abilities.
• Proven teamwork skills with experience collaborating across diverse functions.
• Willing and able to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary for this position in San Jose ranges from $86,400 to $136,000, depending on factors such as candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and location. The compensation package may also include discretionary bonuses and stock units.
