Role Overview
The position involves managing daily product operations and programs for the consumer side of TikTok Local Services' Hotel and Travel category. This includes collaborating with Product, Design, and Data teams to develop consumer-facing features aimed at increasing booking conversion and scaling the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily product operations and program management for consumer Hotel & Travel products within TikTok Local Services.
- Serve as a pivotal link between business teams and product, deeply understanding user needs and frontline feedback to identify issues across search, details, booking, and post-booking processes, and translate them into effective product solutions.
- Manage the full launch lifecycle of new consumer features and major projects, including developing go-to-market plans, coordinating multi-region rollouts, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive user experience and feedback system to gather Voice of Customer, track UX defects, and benchmark competitively, facilitating ongoing product iteration.
- Standardize methodologies for product operations, build dashboards to evaluate product health metrics such as conversion, retention, Net Promoter Score, and complaint rates, leveraging data insights to fuel growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with over five years of experience in internet product operations or program management.
- Proficient English communication skills suitable for daily professional use.
Preferred:
- Experience in consumer internet products, particularly in travel, online travel agencies, e-commerce, or lifestyle sectors.
- Demonstrated capability in end-to-end product operations and successful execution of complex go-to-market launches and large programs.
- Strong understanding of consumer conversion factors including landing pages, pricing, payment processes, and A/B testing, backed by strong analytical skills interpreting funnel data.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at resolving conflicts and securing team alignment.
- Ability to clarify and frame ambiguous issues with structured, logical approaches.
- Committed to hands-on engagement with frontline teams, exhibiting pragmatism, strong ownership, accountability, and empathy.
Compensation & Benefits
The position offers an annual base salary ranging from $151,050 to $273,600 depending on qualifications and location, with possible bonuses and stock incentives.
