  • Collaborate with senior management to improve service quality, safety, and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
  • Postgraduate degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Improvement, Clinical Governance, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Additional certification in Auditing or Risk Management is preferable.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality, governance, or compliance roles within healthcare.
  • Deep familiarity with HIQA standards, healthcare regulatory requirements, and principles of person-centred care.

  • Strong skills in data analysis, report composition, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Possession of a full, clean Irish driving license and readiness to travel between facilities.
