Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead NGO initiatives from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered punctually, within allocated budgets, and aligned with donor guidelines.

Key Duties

• Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting phases of projects.
• Administer project budgets, allocate resources, and maintain timelines.
• Facilitate coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure adherence to donor stipulations and organizational policies.
• Compile progress updates and prepare presentations.
• Assist with project assessments and audit processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Have a minimum of five years' experience managing projects.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with projects funded by donors is essential.
• Proficient in budget management and reporting.
• Holding a professional project management certification is a plus.
