Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead NGO initiatives from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered punctually, within allocated budgets, and aligned with donor guidelines.
Key Duties
- Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting phases of projects.
- Administer project budgets, allocate resources, and maintain timelines.
- Facilitate coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure adherence to donor stipulations and organizational policies.
- Compile progress updates and prepare presentations.
- Assist with project assessments and audit processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Have a minimum of five years' experience managing projects.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with projects funded by donors is essential.
- Proficient in budget management and reporting.
- Holding a professional project management certification is a plus.
