Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Print Shop Manager to oversee a busy and fast-moving printing department in Raglan. This senior role entails managing production scheduling, staff supervision, quality assurance, and workflow enhancement. A key objective is to advance towards ISO 9001 accreditation by maintaining rigorous standards and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production activities within the print shop.
• Manage and lead printing staff to ensure smooth department operations.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
• Support the company's goal of achieving ISO 9001 certification.

Additional Information

• Location: Raglan, Waikato, New Zealand.
• Employment Type: Full-time onsite position.
• Salary Range: £32,000 to £36,000 per annum.
