Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Print Shop Manager to oversee a busy and fast-moving printing department in Raglan. This senior role entails managing production scheduling, staff supervision, quality assurance, and workflow enhancement. A key objective is to advance towards ISO 9001 accreditation by maintaining rigorous standards and improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production activities within the print shop.
- Manage and lead printing staff to ensure smooth department operations.
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
- Support the company's goal of achieving ISO 9001 certification.
