Role overview

This is an opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to work closely with a high-profile entrepreneur and business leader overseeing several active businesses across public markets, investments, and life sciences. Key responsibilities

  • Provide audio typing support and transcribe dictated emails.

  • Plan and coordinate both internal and external meetings.
  • Carry out general office administration such as filing, stationery ordering, room reservations, and document handling.
  • Prepare and process AML documentation.
  • Track expenses, manage receipts, and reconcile company credit card statements.
  • Welcome clients and ensure meeting rooms are ready in advance.
