Role Overview

This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner company based in Ireland that handles all applications and subsequent process steps. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for formulating and implementing marketing strategies for key brands within a global business setting. The role demands a blend of strategic foresight, operational leadership, and hands-on marketing execution to drive brand positioning and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for designated brands, including setting priorities, key performance indicators (KPIs), strategic roadmaps, and growth plans.
Serve as the lead strategic liaison for brands and stakeholders, steering discussions and offering expert recommendations.
Oversee marketing project management by coordinating efforts of internal teams and external partners, ensuring punctual delivery, quality, and alignment with objectives.
Manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance, and report findings with insights for improvement.
Track KPIs consistently to confirm marketing activities align with overarching corporate goals.
Simultaneously manage multiple brands or client accounts with meticulous organizational skills.
Leverage deep understanding of payments industry, including compliance, regulatory messaging, merchant acquiring, chargebacks, and risk management aspects.
Ensure marketing claims and materials comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with all stakeholders by providing strategic advice and full ownership of project outcomes.
Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions independently without extensive oversight.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of five years' experience in marketing management, marketing leadership, client project services, or account management roles.
Demonstrated expertise in payments marketing, covering payment platforms, PSPs, payment gateways, or other fintech products.
Strong grasp of merchant acquiring processes, chargeback handling, and compliance necessities specific to the payments industry marketing domain.
Proven capability to design and execute marketing strategies tightly linked to business objectives.
Experience managing budgets and delivering performance reporting.
Ability to handle various brands, projects, or client accounts concurrently.
Excellent project management, organizational capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills with confidence in leading strategic discussions.
Independent working style encompassing ownership and sound decision-making.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, Google Analytics, and Figma software.
Strong proficiency in English communication.
