About the Role

This position is offered through a partner company based in Germany that oversees all application processes and subsequent steps. The role of Strategic Consultant focuses on aiding organizations in enhancing their technology integration and business transformation through innovative AI, automation, and analytics solutions.

As a Strategic Consultant, you will engage with clients to streamline workflows, deploy SaaS platforms, and maximize the use of automation and analytic tools. Your involvement spans the full implementation lifecycle including system configuration, testing, and driving user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer system setup initiatives ensuring seamless project execution and exemplary client experiences.
• Assist enterprise-level deployment efforts collaboratively with skilled consultants and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with project management, technical, and professional services teams to meet delivery milestones and client objectives.
• Plan and conduct user acceptance testing during implementation phases.
• Offer expert advice on solution utilization, adoption methods, and optimal configuration practices.
• Provide training and ongoing client user support to facilitate effective usage of new tools and workflows.
• Track project status, reporting on timelines, capacity, risk factors, escalations, and key project activities.
• Identify areas to enhance customer processes, optimize operational workflows, and increase the value of technology solutions delivered.

Candidate Requirements

• One to two years of experience managing SaaS client implementations or equivalent customer-facing technological projects.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced settings managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A strong sense of ownership committed to quality delivery and ongoing process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Effective problem-solving skills paired with a consultative attitude toward client challenges.
• Prior consulting experience is advantageous.
• Experience in staffing or recruitment technology sectors is a plus.
• Knowledge of automation, onboarding, analytics, or enterprise software solutions is beneficial.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience required.
• Proficiency in German language is considered an added benefit.
