About Hilton Munich City
Hilton Munich City is a business hotel ideally located next to Gasteig with S-Bahn access to Rosenheimer Platz station within the building. The hotel features 483 rooms of European standard size, multiple meeting rooms, a 24/7 fitness center, and a restaurant & bar. It caters to business and leisure guests who enjoy exploring the city on foot. Recently renovated in 2018/2019 with an investment exceeding 42 million euros, the hotel gained a fresh new look and a repositioned market presence. The excellent connectivity attracts many trade fair and congress groups, while smaller to midsize events and the visually appealing Juliet Rose Bar, popular as a shooting and event location, add to the venue's appeal.
Role Overview
Joining the commercial team, you will engage with a dynamic mix of properties with diverse strengths, customer segments, and ongoing learning opportunities. Your role as a Marketing Coordinator involves enhancing digital presence, managing social media activities, creating content, and supporting brand promotion for both the hotel and bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update hotel and bar information on third-party platforms.
- Manage and refresh content on the hotel’s websites.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to keep marketing materials, images, and promotional content accurate and current.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts for the hotel and bar.
- Design and implement social media campaigns.
- Coordinate collaborations with influencers and media partners.
- Analyze social media performance and optimize accordingly.
- Plan and organize photo shoots for hotel and bar, from concept to on-site execution.
- Develop and maintain marketing templates and brand-compliant materials for various departments including Sales, Front Office, Group, Conference & Events, and Reservations.
- Update digital content and all marketing collateral regularly to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Completed degree or vocational training in Marketing, Hotel Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior professional experience in hotel or hospitality marketing, food & beverage marketing, or similar marketing roles is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficient with Content Management Systems (CMS), social media scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design software is a plus.
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong brand communication sensibility.
