Role Overview

Your role as a Marketing Coordinator involves enhancing digital presence, managing social media activities, creating content, and supporting brand promotion for both the hotel and bar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update hotel and bar information on third-party platforms.
  • Manage and refresh content on the hotel’s websites.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to keep marketing materials, images, and promotional content accurate and current.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts for the hotel and bar.
  • Design and implement social media campaigns.

  • Analyze social media performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Plan and organize photo shoots for hotel and bar, from concept to on-site execution.
  • Develop and maintain marketing templates and brand-compliant materials for various departments including Sales, Front Office, Group, Conference & Events, and Reservations.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree or vocational training in Marketing, Hotel Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior professional experience in hotel or hospitality marketing, food & beverage marketing, or similar marketing roles is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficient with Content Management Systems (CMS), social media scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design software is a plus.
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
