Overview
Join a premier airline as a dynamic leader responsible for spearheading Digital and Traditional Marketing efforts across the Americas region from New York City. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth, elevating brand recognition, expanding corporate reach, boosting digital direct sales, and enhancing customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer the implementation of regional digital and marketing strategies, including budgeting and key performance indicator alignment.
- Lead a team focused on Digital Direct, Loyalty programs, and Marketing Operations within the region.
- Ensure strict compliance with omnichannel marketing strategies and continuously optimize processes.
- Oversee daily team activities and deliver regular performance updates to regional and central leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Digital & Marketing to design and execute regional campaigns.
- Serve as the digital direct expert for the region, managing activities across platforms such as QR.com to elevate brand awareness and drive corporate and leisure revenue.
- Maximize the efficiency of marketing budgets to amplify impact.
- Devise and implement strategies aimed at growing loyalty program membership and enhancing ancillary revenue streams.
- Identify and develop regional partnerships to reinforce market position.
- Monitor emerging digital payment innovations and recommend improvements.
- Lower dependence on paid media by increasing direct visit traffic and enhancing owned media performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable qualification.
- A minimum of eight years’ experience in marketing with substantive digital focus.
- Proven experience in leadership roles managing marketing teams.
- Robust expertise in corporate acquisition, partnerships, and loyalty marketing initiatives.
Essential Skills
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, marketing technology platforms, and strategic campaign development.
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention methods.
- Proficiency with digital tracking, analytics, and performance reporting tools.
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
- Capability to nurture collaboration and enhance team competencies.
Preferred Experience
- Working knowledge of airline industry metrics and business environment is advantageous.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role based in New York City with an annual salary range from $140,000 to $180,000. The position offers exceptional flight privileges with Qatar Airways and the oneworld Alliance. Applicants must currently be authorized to work full-time in the United States; no visa sponsorship will be provided.
