Reporting to the Asset & Logistics Manager, this role suits individuals who thrive in fast-moving environments, are organized, and committed to delivering precise and prompt administrative support.
As a Logistics Administrator, you will provide crucial administrative assistance within logistics and operational areas, ensuring compliance with equipment standards, accurate documentation control, and efficient system management.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering administrative support to logistics and operations teams
- Maintaining and organizing compliance documents and records
- Tracking equipment compliance timelines and scheduling necessary inspections
- Managing coordination for third-party inspections and certification processes
- Assisting with audits and compliance evaluations
- Overseeing electronic filing and business software record-keeping
- Engaging with internal compliance teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Handling administrative duties related to system management
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the organization
- Ensuring all tasks are performed safely and in accordance with company and client policies
Candidate Profile
- Experience in administration, logistics, compliance, or support roles

Essential Requirements
