Role Overview
This role is for a Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant based in Pune. The position focuses on prospect outreach, candidate engagement, and end-to-end sales conversion for learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to new prospects through outbound calling and continue follow-ups with previously contacted leads to meet sales goals.
- Connect with candidates via calls, online demos, trial sessions, email, and chat to create a strong learning journey and drive interest.
- Lead persuasive conversations with prospective learners to convert interest into enrollments.
- Handle the complete sales funnel using a structured, data-led approach and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms.
- Maintain high standards in sales execution, follow defined processes, and consistently work toward target achievement.
Requirements
- 1 to 6 years of experience in B2C sales with a proven record of strong performance.
- Working knowledge of dialer operations and CRM management, including tools like Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to take full ownership and build processes from the ground up.
- Experience in startup settings is preferred due to the need for adaptability and initiative.
- Persistent, outcome-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering results even under pressure.

Compensation
The offered salary is INR 4,00,000 to 6,00,000 per year.
