Land Manager

Position Overview and Key Duties

As a Land Manager, you will be tasked with acquiring new greenfield land parcels for the development of solar and wind energy projects. Your role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with landowners, local governments, and other important stakeholders. You will manage negotiations and finalize land-use agreements, collaborate closely with internal teams throughout project development, and take part in public consultations and informational events.

Candidate Profile

• A university degree, commercial or business-related education, or an equivalent credential is required.
• Experience in sales or land acquisition, preferably several years, is considered beneficial.
• Excellent communication, persuasive abilities, and negotiation skills are essential, along with advanced fluency in German (C1 level).
• The role demands a self-driven, methodical, and outcome-focused approach to work.
• Travel across Germany is expected as part of the job responsibilities.
• Possession of a valid Class B driving license is mandatory.
