Kiosk Attendant

Role Overview

We are seeking a well-presented Kiosk Attendant to join our team at Mumbai Airport (CSMIA) Terminal 2. This position requires flexibility in working shifts to ensure continuous service availability for passengers.

Key Duties

• Warmly welcome and attend to passengers, providing courteous and efficient service.
• Inform passengers about Rapido services and assist in booking Rapido cabs to their destinations.
• Offer helpful guidance and support to passengers including assistance with their luggage.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor by offering water and a pleasant gesture during interactions.

Additional Details

• Work shifts vary and include morning, day, afternoon, evening, and night; flexibility is essential.
• Position is based on-site at Mumbai Airport Terminal 2.
• Priority given to male candidates.
• Salary is up to INR 27,000 CTC per month.
