Role Overview

We are seeking a well-presented Kiosk Attendant to join our team at Mumbai Airport (CSMIA) Terminal 2. This position requires flexibility in working shifts to ensure continuous service availability for passengers.

Key Duties

Warmly welcome and attend to passengers, providing courteous and efficient service.
Inform passengers about Rapido services and assist in booking Rapido cabs to their destinations.
Offer helpful guidance and support to passengers including assistance with their luggage.
Maintain a friendly demeanor by offering water and a pleasant gesture during interactions.

Additional Details

Work shifts vary and include morning, day, afternoon, evening, and night; flexibility is essential.
Position is based on-site at Mumbai Airport Terminal 2.
Priority given to male candidates.
Salary is up to INR 27,000 CTC per month.
