Investment Analyst - Remote Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking a Finance Expert with experience in Investment Banking (IB), Private Equity (PE), or Structured Finance for a remote contractual role. This position offers an hourly compensation ranging from $45 to $120 and requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models and conduct in-depth market analyses to support transaction decisions.
• Draft detailed investment memorandums, prepare materials for board meetings, and create executive presentations.
• Perform rigorous credit analysis and carefully review loan agreements along with their covenants.
• Lead due diligence efforts and assist in the execution of deals.
• Convert complex financial data into understandable, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams across departments to strategize financial reporting and planning.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and quality in all financial outputs.

Candidate Requirements

• Substantial experience in investment banking, private equity, or structured finance.
