Position Overview
We are seeking a Finance Expert with experience in Investment Banking (IB), Private Equity (PE), or Structured Finance for a remote contractual role. This position offers an hourly compensation ranging from $45 to $120 and requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and conduct in-depth market analyses to support transaction decisions.
- Draft detailed investment memorandums, prepare materials for board meetings, and create executive presentations.
- Perform rigorous credit analysis and carefully review loan agreements along with their covenants.
- Lead due diligence efforts and assist in the execution of deals.
- Convert complex financial data into understandable, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to strategize financial reporting and planning.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and quality in all financial outputs.
Candidate Requirements
- Substantial experience in investment banking, private equity, or structured finance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and transactional execution.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong background in analyzing financial statements and credit risk.
