Integrated Pest Control Representative - Jamaica

About the Role

Ecolab is assembling a talent pool for the role of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Representative to join its leading Pest Elimination team. In this position, you will deliver timely and efficient pest detection, eradication, and prevention services to a designated set of commercial customers such as restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, retail outlets, and food and beverage manufacturing facilities. Your efforts contribute to providing 24/7 brand protection across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fully field-based Integrated Pest Management services ensuring a pest-free environment for each client, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
• Perform pest control operations for assigned accounts, adhering strictly to schedules and procedural guidelines.
• Identify pest infestations accurately, apply appropriate treatments, and offer preventive solutions to clients.
• Document procedures and findings via electronic reports, and keep updated site logs and diagrams.

Candidate Requirements and Preferences

• Residency in Jamaica is required.
• High school diploma is preferred educationally.
• Previous experience in customer service or field service roles.
• Experience in pest control is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license with at least three years driving experience (applicable for certain roles).
