Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate In-Room Dining (IRD) Manager who excels in leading teams and delivering unforgettable guest experiences within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage day-to-day operations of the In-Room Dining department to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Design and offer personalized, exceptional dining experiences for guests.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor the IRD team to uphold high service standards.
• Maintain superior service quality, presentation, and meticulous attention to detail exceeding guest expectations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management for the department.
• Control operational costs, monitor productivity, and manage departmental budgets effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Culinary, Food & Beverage, and other departments to guarantee smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest feedback constructively, facilitating service recovery when necessary.
• Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and luxury service protocols are maintained consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in In-Room Dining or Food & Beverage within luxury hospitality settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of restaurant and room service processes.
• Committed leader passionate about team development and motivation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on guest experience.
• Adaptable and effective in a rapidly changing, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
