Role Overview

The team is hiring a service-focused F&B Runner who can help create memorable experiences for guests through fast, accurate, and polished support during service.

This position suits someone who enjoys a busy environment, works well with others, and takes pride in delivering high standards of hospitality.

Key Duties

• Transport dishes and drinks quickly and correctly from the kitchen to guests.
• Assist the service team in keeping dining service running smoothly.
• Communicate clearly with chefs and front-of-house staff.
• Make sure each order is presented to the expected standard.
• Keep service areas tidy, well-organized, and replenished.
• Maintain the hospitality and guest-service standards associated with The Ned Doha.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a comparable role at a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant is an advantage.
• A positive, hospitality-driven attitude is important.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities are required.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving service environment.
• A polished appearance and guest-first approach are expected.
• Availability for shift work, weekends, and public holidays is needed.
