About the Role

As a Human-Resources & Talent-Acquisition Specialist at TAIRC, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design recruitment policies and strategies aimed at attracting high-quality talent.
  • Collaborate with managers to evaluate hiring needs and define candidate profiles for various positions.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage prospective candidates.
  • Conduct resume screenings, interview candidates, and manage the selection workflow effectively.
  • Foster positive relationships with applicants and former employees to support talent pools.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and community events to enhance employer branding.
  • May include acting as a recruitment expert, developing onboarding procedures, partnering with universities and recruitment agencies, tracking hiring metrics, creating detailed job descriptions, and orchestrating interview coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and talent management processes.
