About the Role
As a Human-Resources & Talent-Acquisition Specialist at TAIRC, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Core Responsibilities
- Design recruitment policies and strategies aimed at attracting high-quality talent.
- Collaborate with managers to evaluate hiring needs and define candidate profiles for various positions.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage prospective candidates.
- Conduct resume screenings, interview candidates, and manage the selection workflow effectively.
- Foster positive relationships with applicants and former employees to support talent pools.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and community events to enhance employer branding.
- May include acting as a recruitment expert, developing onboarding procedures, partnering with universities and recruitment agencies, tracking hiring metrics, creating detailed job descriptions, and orchestrating interview coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and talent management processes.
