• Coordinate interviews with department leaders and oversee the recruitment workflow effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring procedure to ensure engagement.
• Draft and issue offer letters and support the induction of new hires.
• Keep comprehensive recruitment records and update candidate databases.

Compensation
