Job Overview
We are seeking a Kannada Malayalam Telecaller responsible for communicating with customers regarding overdue payments through phone calls, emails, messages, and personal visits. The role involves following up on outstanding accounts, negotiating repayment arrangements, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via multiple channels about pending payments.
- Follow up consistently on outstanding accounts to secure collections.
- Negotiate and establish repayment plans and payment commitments.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions and collection efforts.
- Update collection statuses using company CRM or collection software.
- Trace customers with incorrect or updated contact information.
- Meet or exceed assigned collection and recovery targets.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and legal requirements during collection activities.
- Prepare reports on collections on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Eligibility
Open to candidates capable of handling customer collection processes in Kannada and Malayalam languages.
