About the Role
We are collaborating with a prominent global company to find an HR Advisor to join their People team based in Dublin. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, playing a vital role in supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle in Ireland and the broader EMEA region.
Position details include a hybrid working model from Dublin 15, with an 11-month contract duration and a salary range of €55,000 to €66,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, delivering guidance and support to employees and managers throughout various phases of their employment.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for new joiners, from offer acceptance to their first working day.
- Keep employee records and HR data updated accurately, ensuring compliance and data integrity within HR systems.
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and maintaining employee documentation.
- Provide advice to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, specialist HR teams, Payroll, Legal departments, and external providers.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and improving the employee experience.
- Support activities that promote employee engagement and contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Candidate Profile
- Experience working in an HR Advisory, HR Coordinator, or HR Operations capacity within a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle and fundamental HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, HR administration, payroll coordination, or managing employee records.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills capable of handling multiple priorities within deadlines.
- A proactive and customer-centric mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR information systems such as Workday or similar platforms is advantageous.
