Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team, delivering shopping directly to customers throughout Dumfries, Scotland. This role offers hourly pay of £13.71 and is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and engaging with others. You will serve as the face of our company, ensuring excellent service and safe delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Load vans following safe procedures, including handling heavy items correctly.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving guidelines and conduct regular vehicle checks.
• Ensure delivered food arrives in optimal condition to customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all deliveries.
• Assist with in-store duties when necessary.
• Work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Be flexible to work shifts that may vary between 6am and 11pm.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a full driving license held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A positive, friendly attitude and strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines reliably.
• Good road safety awareness and driving discipline.
