Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading procedures including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Maintain strict adherence to safe driving standards at all times.
• Perform thorough van checks to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Deliver groceries ensuring items arrive in excellent condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and engage positively with shoppers.
• Support store operations as needed.
• Work independently, managing workload and time efficiently.
• Adapt to shift schedules which may range from early morning (6am) to late evening (11pm).

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for at least three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with enthusiasm for customer service.
• Reliable punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong commitment to road safety awareness.
