Role overview
Autobia is hiring a Growth Manager to accelerate the performance and scale of its managed B2B marketplace. The position sits at the crossroads of Sales, Procurement, and Product, with a focus on improving supply-demand alignment, strengthening execution, and enabling category expansion at scale.
The role calls for sound commercial decision-making, sharp analytical ability, and the confidence to guide teams across functions so the marketplace converts better and keeps customers coming back.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of marketplace growth indicators such as SKU breadth, quote-to-order conversion, repeat buying, and fulfillment results.
- Turn demand patterns from the marketplace into concrete supply and category priorities.
- Spot friction points anywhere in the marketplace funnel and coordinate cross-team efforts to remove them.
- Work closely with Sales and Procurement so customer demand is met with dependable, scalable supply.
- Collaborate with Product Managers by sharing data-backed insights and helping shape roadmap decisions that improve marketplace outcomes.
- Monitor marketplace performance, analyze trends, and prepare clear reports and recommendations for leadership.
- Set up and manage recurring operating rhythms such as weekly demand/supply planning and category performance reviews.
- Continuously improve marketplace workflows, internal playbooks, and execution quality standards.
What the company is looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketplace growth, commercial operations, category management, or business development within a B2B or platform-based setting.
- Solid understanding of how supply and demand interact, along with strong operational execution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical capability and the ability to convert data into practical actions.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, uncertain environments and building processes from the ground up.
- Prior exposure to B2B marketplaces, ecommerce, or supply-chain-led businesses is an advantage.
- Experience with the Saudi market or the wider regional ecosystem is an added plus.
