  • Provide customer service and support teammates during busy periods by handling vehicle check-ins, customer reception, and preparing estimates as needed.
  • Ensure all repairs adhere to Crash Champions and I-Car quality and safety standards, with accurate billing and enforcement of personal protective equipment protocols.
  • Manage payroll and staffing activities promptly, including punch-in/out monitoring and approval of paid time off, vacation, or leaves for production staff.
  • Coordinate daily production activities by communicating effectively with Body Technicians, Collision Estimators, and Parts Managers to meet delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and update dispute resolution process (DRP) compliant estimates post vehicle disassembly, collaborate on estimate adjustments with Collision Estimators, and finalize estimates accordingly.
  • Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and continuous development of team members, ensuring alignment with role requirements and fostering growth opportunities.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the collision repair industry and in-depth understanding of insurance procedures across multiple carriers.
