Key Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement or surpassing of location revenue targets and other key performance indicators by overseeing all shop operations from vehicle intake to customer delivery, optimizing throughput, quality, and efficiency.
- Manage allocation of repair work among Body Technicians and prioritize vehicle teardown and painting schedules.
- Provide support to team members during busy periods by assisting customers, handling vehicle check-ins, and preparing estimates as necessary.
- Maintain adherence to production goals, quality standards pursuant to Crash Champions and I-Car guidelines, accurate billing, and enforce safety protocols for the shop’s back area.
- Oversee timely payroll processing, including staff time tracking and compliance with punch-in/out and flag-hour policies, while managing leaves and time-off requests.
- Coordinate daily workflow by liaising with Body Technicians, Collision Estimators, and Parts Managers to meet delivery deadlines.
- Draft Direct Repair Program (DRP) compliant estimates when required, conducting thorough disassembly, damage assessment, and updating estimates accordingly.
- Lead recruitment efforts by understanding role requirements, conducting interviews, selecting skilled candidates, and facilitating ongoing coaching and development to support teammates’ career growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of the collision repair industry, including insurance carrier procedures and guidelines.
- Strong decision-making capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership qualities and a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver positive outcomes consistently.
- Proficiency in CCC ONE Total Repair estimating software and general computer literacy.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Compensation and Additional Information
The salary for this full-time role ranges between $75,000 and $128,700 annually, varying based on expertise, certifications, and performance. Eligible candidates may also receive performance-related bonuses. Compensation details are subject to change as per company policy and applicable laws. This position is located onsite in Miami Gardens, FL.
