Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack JavaScript Developer with 4 to 6 years of expertise to spearhead the development and architecture of scalable web applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leading design efforts through multiple software layers—including Presentation, Business, Data, and External Integration—and mentoring junior developers on greenfield projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and architect resilient frontend applications leveraging React and Next.js frameworks.
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS frameworks.
• Guide technical discussions and actively contribute to architecture decisions.
• Ensure smooth integration with external systems and APIs.
• Enhance application performance across the entire stack.
• Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and foster team growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement product features.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of direct experience in full stack JavaScript development.
• Comprehensive expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Strong grasp of software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Experience with authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth and JWT.
• Skilled in API development, including REST and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and cloud environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
• Experience with event-driven messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.

Preferred Skills

• Background in designing microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of database schema design and performance tuning for PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
