Role Overview

The selected candidate will become an integral member of our Purchasing team at the MEA Regional Office based in Dubai.

Key Duties

• Support accounts payable operations including posting and reconciliation tasks.
• Conduct process audits to ensure adherence to established procedures within and outside the ERP systems.
• Assist in preparing monthly VAT documentation and returns.
• Ensure prompt receipt of incoming invoices and proactively follow up regularly.
• Develop and produce various ad hoc reports as needed.
• Take part in periodic stocktaking activities.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Possesses a business-related academic qualification, preferably with a focus on Accounting (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new subject matters.
• Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Good understanding of various accounting principles and practices.
