Role Overview
The selected candidate will become an integral member of our Purchasing team at the MEA Regional Office based in Dubai.
Key Duties
- Support accounts payable operations including posting and reconciliation tasks.
- Conduct process audits to ensure adherence to established procedures within and outside the ERP systems.
- Assist in preparing monthly VAT documentation and returns.
- Ensure prompt receipt of incoming invoices and proactively follow up regularly.
- Develop and produce various ad hoc reports as needed.
- Take part in periodic stocktaking activities.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Possesses a business-related academic qualification, preferably with a focus on Accounting (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new subject matters.
- Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Good understanding of various accounting principles and practices.
