Overview

This role is with a BFSI-focused recruitment firm that works alongside leading insurance companies to bring in strong talent and support business expansion.

What you will do

• Attract, onboard, and help develop members of the sales team.

• Work toward achieving assigned sales goals and business targets.
• Maintain productive relationships with customers and key contacts.

Candidate profile

Applicants should be graduates with at least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing. Strong communication ability is important, and preference will be given to candidates based locally.
