Overview
This role is with a BFSI-focused recruitment firm that works alongside leading insurance companies to bring in strong talent and support business expansion.
What you will do
- Attract, onboard, and help develop members of the sales team.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day sales team activity.
- Work toward achieving assigned sales goals and business targets.
- Maintain productive relationships with customers and key contacts.
Candidate profile
