Overview
The role of F&B Store Manager involves orchestrating and carrying out the brand's strategic plan, assuring the highest standards of quality and authenticity, while managing the day-to-day functions effectively across kitchen, restaurant, and retail segments to guarantee superior customer experience and efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating and implementing the brand's strategy.
- Safeguarding the quality and distinctiveness of products and services.
- Supervising everyday activities within kitchen, restaurant, and retail departments.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service delivery alongside smooth store management.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is essential.
- Substantial managerial background consisting of seven to nine years in food and beverage operations or a comparable field.
- Minimum two years of leadership experience in a managerial capacity.
Skills and Language Proficiency
- Demonstrated success as a Shop Manager, particularly in premium chocolate retail; experience within luxury chocolate retail is highly desirable.
- Fluent command of English is a must; Arabic fluency is considered an advantage.
- Competency in technical tools including Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
