About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to deliver top-tier administrative support to senior executives, including the President and Vice President, within the consulting, project management, and construction sectors. This full-time, onsite position in Chicago, IL offers an annual salary range of $60,000 to $70,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to executive leadership.
- Manage complex executive schedules, arranging meetings, appointments, and comprehensive travel plans both domestically and internationally.
- Organize meetings by developing agendas, assembling necessary materials, coordinating attendees, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Act as the primary liaison between executives, internal personnel, and external partners.
- Prepare, revise, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Conduct research and gather information to assist executive decision-making processes.
- Create presentations and meeting resources using Microsoft Office tools.
- Facilitate virtual meetings employing platforms like Microsoft Teams and other video conferencing software.
- Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support special projects and offer additional assistance as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent blend of education and relevant experience.
- At least four years of experience providing executive-level support.
- Outstanding organizational skills coupled with effective time management.
- High standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to anticipate the needs of executive leaders effectively.
