About the Role

At MySpirulina, our goal is to introduce fresh, nutrient-rich Spirulina—one of the world's most nourishing foods—to millions of households. We are not just another supplement brand; we are building a movement and currently transitioning from a strong brand to a market leader. To support this growth, we are looking for a structured, data-driven partner to complement our creative founder.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize our Shopify store to drive growth through enhanced conversion rates and improved customer experience.
Transform email campaigns into revenue streams by managing newsletters and automation flows in Klaviyo, including welcome series, cart recovery, and reactivation sequences.
Elevate our website's impact with clear, compelling copy and highly effective landing pages.
Use data analytics to inform decisions on revenue, bestsellers, conversion rates, and returns.
Bring order to our growth by implementing processes, maintaining structure, and documenting workflows precisely.

Qualifications

Proven experience in e-commerce or online marketing.
Highly organized, independent, and driven by metrics.
Preferably familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and spoken German.
Passion for building something meaningful, beyond just managing tasks.
