Role Overview

Vestas is looking for a Dispatcher to join its global Capacity & Master Planning team, supporting offshore sites around the world. In this role, you will help coordinate service work, ensure resources are lined up correctly, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare service orders for technicians, and complete the technical approval once the work has been finished.
• Plan, balance, and allocate tasks across the assigned territory so that work is matched to the right needs and conditions, including weather and technician skills.
• Work with supervisors to identify the resources required for each service order, such as the right competencies, materials, and tools.
• Combine and optimise work orders to improve efficiency.
• Maintain day-to-day communication with technicians, technical support teams, and customers.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying better ways of working and taking a long-term, strategic view of future planning.

Qualifications and Competencies

The role calls for prior exposure to technical planning or dispatcher work, preferably in a technical setting. Strong IT skills are important, and experience with SAP is an advantage. You should also have a broad understanding of wind turbine generator (WTG) technology and an interest in working with technical documentation.

Excellent German and English language skills are required. The ideal candidate communicates clearly in both spoken and written form, works in a structured and solution-focused way, and stays effective under time pressure and changing workloads.
