Established in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, Al-Muhanna Pharmacies Group is expanding its online and operational capabilities. We seek a meticulous and well-organized professional to join us as a Data Entry & E-commerce Product Listing Specialist. This role supports our e-commerce platforms, purchasing, inventory controls, and product data management.

Role Responsibilities

Accurately enter and refresh product details within ERP, accounting, and inventory tools.
Create unique product identifiers and correctly categorize each new item.
List and publish products on various e-commerce channels such as Amazon Saudi Arabia, Noon, Trendyol, Salla, and other platforms.
Develop and maintain product details including titles, descriptive features, categories, brands, SKUs, barcodes, prices, stock quantities, images, and specifications.
Process purchase invoices precisely and promptly; ensure verification against purchase orders, quantities, pricing, discounts, taxes, and supplier data.
Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, accounting, and e-commerce teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices or product data.
Maintain master product data encompassing names, barcodes, SKUs, categories, brands, suppliers, cost and selling prices, as well as tax information.
Review newly created products before listing activation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Regularly update product pricing, stock status, and content across all platforms.
Monitor and address issues with inactive, suppressed, rejected, or incomplete product listings.
Ensure data consistency for product information internally and across all e-commerce platforms.
Upload products individually or via bulk uploads using Excel templates.
Organize product imagery and documents according to codes, SKUs, or barcodes.
Detect and correct duplicated products, inaccuracies in codes, missing information, and pricing mismatches.
Generate daily and weekly reports about product creation, listing progress, invoice entries, and data correction needs.
Safeguard confidentiality and precision in managing company, supplier, pricing, and product details.
Assist with catalog upkeep, promotional updates, price adjustments, and inventory synchronization for the e-commerce team.
Undertake additional related tasks in data entry, product catalog, purchasing, and e-commerce operations as directed.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Between 1 and 3 years of experience in roles involving data entry, product listing, inventory, purchasing operations, or e-commerce catalog management.
Prior experience managing product listings on e-commerce sites is highly favorable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with skills in data entry, sorting/filtering, formulas, product templates, and bulk upload procedures.
Typing proficiency in Arabic and English with high accuracy and detail focus.
Capability to manage substantial product and invoice datasets efficiently.
Understanding of SKU codes, barcodes, product categories, inventory, pricing, and invoice processing.
Skill in identifying data errors, duplicates, and gaps.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
Good written and spoken communication in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience utilizing Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Trendyol, or Salla platforms.
Familiarity with ERP, accounting, inventory, or point-of-sale management systems.
Background in pharmacy, healthcare, cosmetics, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
Knowledge of VAT invoicing, purchase orders, supplier invoicing, and receiving processes.
Experience in utilizing Excel bulk upload templates for product data.
Basic understanding of product content optimization and marketplace listing standards.
Ability to perform simple image edits or resizing is a plus.
