Job Overview
We are a medical service provider catering to travelers. As a Customer Service Operator, you will act as the primary point of contact for our patients and clients, delivering friendly and effective assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule teleconsultations through our platform for patients requesting the service.
- Answer incoming phone calls from patients and clients.
- Respond to messages on WhatsApp and emails.
- Provide information regarding our services, availability, case status, and handle any incidents or complaints.
- Refer medical-related inquiries to the healthcare team for appropriate assessment.
Candidate Requirements
- Reside in any Latin American country.
- Ability to work as an independent freelancer.
- Availability to work 8-hour shifts in one of these Madrid time slots: 11:00-19:00 or 19:00-02:00.
- Work schedule includes Monday to Sunday with 5 working days and 2 rotating days off.
- Possess a computer and headphones with a microphone.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and customer orientation.
- English proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
