  • Ability to contribute to strategic and operational planning through innovative problem-solving and a contemporary understanding of procurement technology and administration.
  • Knowledge of change management principles applicable to development and facilitation.
  • Strong communication skills with proven experience in stakeholder engagement within complex settings and influencing outcomes through logical, evidence-based persuasion.
