Role Overview

We invite applications for a Business Support Coordinator on a 12-month contract basis. This role will excel by leveraging organizational skills, delivering outstanding experiences, and being the dependable point of contact that helps maintain smooth daily operations for employees, visitors, and leadership.

Responsibilities include cultivating a welcoming workspace, coordinating impactful team events, managing travel logistics, and aiding the Finance department to help the company operate effectively amid growth.

Work Arrangement

This position is based in Toronto, Ontario with a hybrid schedule requiring presence in the downtown office three days a week.
