About the Role
We are expanding rapidly in the spiritual wellness and authentic gemstone sector and seek a skilled sales professional who excels in forging sincere relationships with clients. This position requires guiding customers through purchases of high-value gemstones and sacred items via consultative selling. You will engage with pre-qualified inbound leads over calls, assisting them in making informed and meaningful buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound sales inquiries by phone promptly and effectively.
- Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate gemstones or sacred wearables.
- Build customer trust by communicating transparently and honestly about products.
- Explain product benefits, pricing details, and authenticity assurances.
- Keep detailed and accurate CRM records, following up with potential buyers as needed.
- Meet set daily and monthly sales objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and optimal customer service.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in telesales, retail sales, or other phone-based sales roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills coupled with persuasive selling ability.
- Confidence in managing conversations regarding expensive products professionally.
- Ability to thrive within a structured sales environment.
- Interest in gemstones, sacred artifacts, or wellness-centric products is an advantage.
- Availability to work six days per week, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with Sundays off.
